We are looking for someone who can take on the position as a CRM Manager. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for defining, evaluating and delivering our CRM strategy aimed at fostering customer retention and loyalty. 

What you’ll do

The position will be based in Berlin and you will be reporting to the Head of Customer Acquisition to boost our company’s market presence and increase customer engagement. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical, creative, communication skills and hands-on mindset. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems
  • Grow the lead database
  • Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
  • Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers
  • Set specific marketing strategies to convert leads. 
  • Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
  • Review and select CRM software that meets our company’s needs
  • Conduct market research to follow trends and competition

Key measures of success

  • Customer lifetime value, conversion rates, retention rate, and churn
  • Campaign performance against target KPI’s

Who you are

We believe the person who will do well in this role has experience with Customer Relationship Systems and KPI metrics and the ability to work well with other functions, as well as internal and external stakeholders. You should also be able to identify new opportunities and proactively address customer concerns.

Further qualifications: 

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a quantitative discipline
  • 3-5 years of work experience as a CRM Manager or similar role
  • Solid background in customer acquisition strategies
  • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English 
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a customer-oriented attitude
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other related reporting tools
