Swedish speaking Customer Service & Insight - student assistant

Each week we make life easier for families in Sweden and Denmark by delivering organic, plant-based meal kits that you can serve in 10 minutes.

We’re growing fast and need to add more talented people to the team to make sure we have the infrastructure in place to keep up with our growth.

What you'll do

We are looking for a student assistant to join our Customer Service & Insights Team. As our new colleague, you are passionate about customer service and want to engage in constantly improving the Simple Feast customer experience. You will be representing our concept and values and you therefore have a keen interest in sustainability and/or plant-based food and want to share this passion by helping our customers with their subscriptions, deliveries and other inquiries.  

As a student assistant your tasks will include: :

  • Your focus will be to nurture and grow our existing Swedish customers and inspire people to go plant-based
  • Answering customer queries on social media, email and over the phone to help them use our services, including meal boxes, subscriptions, and recipe apps
  • Planning and tracking orders / deliveries, as well as coordinate between our customers and our delivery partners during delivery days
  • You'll be curious and contribute to our product development by gathering feedback from customers and sharing insights across the company in order to improve our product and service

Who you are

We believe the person who will do well in this role will be:

  • Someone with a service mindset that understands the importance of building long-term relationships. Perhaps you already have some experience in engaging with customers but it is not a prerequisite.
  • Fluent in Swedish and with excellent verbal communication and writing skills
  • Patient, with the ability to keep calm and positive even after dealing with multiple tough cases over the phone
  • Curious and empathetic when it comes to understanding customer needs
  • Independent and able to work with little guidance
  • Enthusiastic for our industry and excited to join one of Europe’s most ambitious and sustainable start-ups

The position is set to 15-20 hours a week and you can work from our office and from home. Some of the hours will be on Sundays and the rest can be fixed any day during the week. This will be coordinated within the team.

Our office is located on Refshaleøen, Copenhagen.
