[Swedish Speaking] Customer Support & Logistics Coordinator

At Simple Feast we are on a mission to change the world’s eating habits towards a more sustainable future, and we’re doing it by showing off the power of plants. We have gathered some of the world’s greatest chefs and developers to launch a new dining experience that combines innovation in technology with excellent taste and food. 

We have recently launched in Sweden and need to add more talented people to the team to make sure we have the infrastructure in place to keep up with our growth. We are looking for a person who can take on the key position of Customer Support & Logistics Coordinator.


What you’ll do 

The role will be based in Copenhagen and is a combination of communication & logistics. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and has an interest in logistics, who will the face of the company. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with our partners to make sure the service runs smoothly, from food production in Copenhagen to delivery in Sweden.
  • Managing customer queries on social media, email and over the phone to help them use our services, including meal boxes, subscriptions, and recipe apps.
  • Planning and tracking orders / deliveries, as well as coordinate between our customers during delivery days (Mondays).
  • Driving the online conversation with our customers to inspire and offer guidance to people interested in going plant-based.

Because of our delivery schedule, the role does include some work on weekends and to select evenings.


Who you are

We believe the person who will do well in this role will be someone who:

  • Is passionate about customer service, who is patient and proactive when it comes to helping our customers.
  • Has an interest in logistics, is well organised and can manage multiple parties and processes at once.
  • Is fluent in Swedish and great at communicating via phone, as well as handling conversations and building trust online, including a strong grasp of Swedish grammar.
  • Looks forward to joining our team and excited about building the world’s most sustainable company.
