Customer Experience Assistant - Swedish Speaking

At Simple Feast we are on a mission to change the world’s eating habits towards a more sustainable future, and we’re doing it by showing off the power of plants. Each week we make life easier for families in Sweden and Denmark by delivering organic, plant-based meals that you can serve in a quick and easy way. We’re a diverse group of enthusiastic food nerds, climate fighters, engineers, designers, marketing specialists etc. We’re a very ambitious team and we have a lot of fun together!

We need more talented staff to the Swedish team to ensure we have the infrastructure in place to keep up with our growth. We are looking for a person who can take on the part time position of Customer Experience Assistant. 

What you'll do

The role will be based in Copenhagen and is a combination of customer communication, experience and logistics. You will:

  • manage customer queries on social media, email and over the phone and help them use our services, including meal boxes, subscriptions, and recipe apps.
  • care for our existing Swedish customers and inspire people to go plant-based.
  • prioritize and strive for the best customer experience out there.  
  • manage post sales activity for customers, product knowledge, planning and execution.
  • coordinate with our partners to make sure the service runs smoothly, from food production in Copenhagen to our delivery all around Sweden.
  • track orders/deliveries, as well as coordinate between our customers during delivery days (Sundays).

Because of our delivery schedule, the role includes work on Sundays, Mondays and sometimes selected evenings.  

Working hours per week: 8-10 hours. 

Who you are

We believe the person who will do well in this role is passionate about customer service and proactive when it comes to assisting our customers. You want to engage in constantly improving the Simple Feast customer experience.

Further qualifications:

  • is passionate about customer service and proactive when it comes to assisting our customers.
  • is patient, with the ability to keep calm and positive even after dealing with multiple tough cases over the phone.
  • a great problem solver when you are required to think outside the box.
  • is fluent in Swedish and great at communicating via phone, as well as handling conversations and building trust online, including a strong grasp of Swedish grammar.
  • has the ability to work independently.
  • is curious and wholehearted when it comes to understanding our customer’s needs.
  • looks forward to joining our team and excited about building the world’s most sustainable company.
